What this is
Novastra is an app for logging your gym training, developed by Kraikus. It is provided as is and free of charge.
Its numbers are estimates
Estimated 1RM, volume, rep ranges and cosmic power come from well-known formulas and from your own history. They are for tracking your progress, not for medical or competition decisions.
Health notice
This app is not medical advice. The programs and technique notes are general training information, not a personalised plan. If you have an injury or a medical condition, are pregnant, or have been away from training for a long time, talk to a professional before following any of these programs. If you feel pain (not discomfort: pain), stop.
Your account
- A Google account is required. You are responsible for what is done from it.
- You must be 16 or older.
- You can delete it whenever you want from the app or by asking by email.
What you publish
The community is real: there are people on the other side. Your star name and any programs you share (with their name, description and photo) are visible to other users.
Do not publish:
- Anything illegal, offensive, discriminatory or sexual.
- Advertising, spam or links to other services.
- Personal data, yours or anyone else's (names, phone numbers, addresses).
- Names that impersonate another person or brand.
From any profile or program you can hide and report. Anything breaking these rules is taken down, and repeat offenders lose their account with no refund of anything (the service is free).
The programs you share
By publishing a program you give other users permission to see it, copy it and adapt it inside the app. It stays yours and you can stop sharing whenever you want: it leaves the list, but copies already adopted stay with whoever adopted them. Your loads do not travel with the program.
Who owns what
The app, its texts and its drawings belong to Kraikus. Third-party names that appear (exercise brands, typefaces, the exercise image catalogue) belong to their owners and are credited under Profile → Credits with their licence.
Availability
The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It may be modified or discontinued; if it were to shut down, you would be told inside the app early enough to take your data with you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights granted by the law of your country of residence.
