Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows
Back · Barbell
How to do it
Underhand grip at shoulder width and a slightly more upright torso than a classic row, around 60 degrees. Pull to your lower abdomen keeping the elbows close to your body. The supinated grip brings the biceps in and aims the work at the lower lats. You feel the lat from armpit to waist. Mind the lower back: more upright does not mean swinging.
