Incline Push-Up

How to do it

Hands on a bench or a bar at hip height, feet on the floor, body in a straight line. The higher the support, the easier it is. Lower until your chest brushes the edge and press. This is the version for owning the pattern: twenty incline push-ups with a straight body beat five on the floor with sagging hips. Lower the support as you get stronger.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
