Trail Running/Walking

How to do it

Start easy for the first couple of kilometres even if you feel fresh: the body takes time to come online. High cadence, loose shoulders, nose breathing while you can hold it. Uphill, short steps; downhill, do not brake with your knees, let it roll. If you cannot talk, you are going too fast for an easy run.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
