How to do it
In a high plank, hands under your shoulders and body in line. Bring one knee to your chest slowly, hold for a second and return; alternate. The key is that **the hips do not rise or drop**: it is a plank with moving legs, not a sprint. You feel the lower abs and your shoulders holding the weight. Done fast it becomes cardio and the abs stop working; done slowly with a pause it is a genuine core exercise.
