Dumbbell Rear Lunge

How to do it

From standing, take a long step **backwards** and lower until the knee nearly touches the floor; return by driving through the front leg, which never moved. It is friendlier to the knee than a forward lunge because the front foot stays planted. You feel glute and quad of the supporting leg.
