Landmine Linear Jammer
Chest · Barbell
How to do it
One end of the bar on the floor or in the anchor, the other in your hands at chest height. Standing or kneeling, press diagonally up and forward, letting the shoulder blade travel with the arm. That diagonal path is very shoulder-friendly and very stable, so it is a great option when flat pressing bothers you. You feel upper chest and front shoulder working together.
Variants
The drawing is the two-handed version. The usual way is one arm at a time, with the end of the bar resting on the shoulder.
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
