Good Morning
Legs · Barbell
How to do it
Bar on your back as in a squat, knees slightly bent. Push your hips back tipping your torso to nearly parallel with the floor, back flat, then come up squeezing the glutes. You feel hamstrings, glutes and the whole lower back holding. Always keep the weight conservative: this is a long lever over your spine and there is no rush to load it.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
