Yoke Walk

How to do it
Get under the yoke and set it on your upper back like a squat. Stand by extending hips and knees, **take a big breath and brace**, and walk with short, fast steps without letting the yoke bounce. The frame sways with every step, so your whole trunk works to keep it in check: it is more a core exercise than a leg one. The classic mistake is long strides: the longer the step, the more the yoke bounces and the less you control it.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
