Wind Sprints

How to do it

Hang from a bar overhand with your arms and legs extended. From there, **drive one knee towards your chest and swap it for the other quickly**, as if running in the air, keeping your torso as still as you can. The abs work to stop you swinging while the legs alternate, and your grip ends up being the limit. The classic mistake is picking up a swing and letting your body travel back and forth: if you start swinging, stop, reset and start again.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
