Two-Arm Kettlebell Military Press
Shoulders · Kettlebell
How to do it
Clean both kettlebells to your shoulders: resting on your forearms, elbows tight to your body and wrists straight. Standing, ribs down and glutes squeezed, press both at once to locked elbows overhead **with no leg drive**; lower under control to the shoulders. Strict and with both hands loaded, your abs are the only thing stopping your lower back from arching. The classic mistake is letting the wrists fold back under the handles: knuckles to the ceiling from the first rep.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
