Two-Arm Kettlebell Jerk

How to do it

Clean both kettlebells to your shoulders, resting on your forearms. Dip a few centimetres with the torso upright and reverse with everything the hips have; as they travel up, **drop under** by bending again and catch them with locked elbows. Finish by standing tall. It is the kettlebell overhead lift that moves the most weight, because the shoulder barely presses. The classic mistake is doing only one dip: without the second, it is a push press.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
