Two-Arm Kettlebell Clean
Shoulders · Kettlebell
How to do it
Two kettlebells between your feet. Hips back, eyes forward and back flat. Extend hips and knees hard so they travel up close to your body and, as they reach chest height, **rotate your wrists through the handles** so they settle on your forearms with the elbows tight to your body. Lower letting them rotate back and chain the next rep. The classic mistake is the bells banging your forearms: if that happens you are rotating late or letting them drift away from you on the way up.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
