Standing Towel Triceps Extension
Triceps · Bodyweight
How to do it
Standing, hold one end of a towel overhead with both hands, arms straight; the other end is held by a partner behind you, or run behind your own back with your other hand. Lower by bending the elbows **against the resistance the towel gives you** and extend pushing into it. All the load is manual: whoever pulls sets it. It is the way to train with no equipment. The classic mistake is token resistance: if it is not hard, it does nothing.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
