Seated Flat Bench Leg Pull-In

How to do it

Sit on the end of a bench with your legs extended out slightly below parallel and your hands gripping the sides. Lean back a little and **draw your knees to your chest** while bringing your torso in, closing your body; extend slowly to return. It is a seated jackknife: the abs work from both ends at once. The classic mistake is putting your feet down between reps: your heels do not touch until the set is over.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
