How to do it
Set the bags about fifteen metres from the platform. Lift the first by hinging and hugging it into your body, bring it to your chest, walk with it tight and load it by extending the hips. Go back for the next. A sandbag **has no shape**: it deforms, slips and shifts its centre of gravity every step, so your core works as hard as your legs. The upper back rounds on purpose to hug it; the lower back does not. The classic mistake is letting it off your body, which is when it falls.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
