How to do it
Stand in the middle of the frame between the handles. Hinge with a flat back, grip, **take a big breath, brace** and lift by extending hips and knees. Walk with short, fast steps, shoulders back and ribs down, without letting the load rock you. The limit is grip and breathing, not your legs. The classic mistake is long strides: the longer the step, the more the frame sways and the sooner it leaves your hands.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
