One-Arm Overhead Kettlebell Squats
Legs · Kettlebell
How to do it
Clean and press the kettlebell overhead and **keep it there with a locked elbow**, arm beside your ear. With your feet slightly wider than your hips, squat as deep as you can keeping the bell stacked vertically over your shoulder; stand by pushing the floor away. It is a mobility test as much as a leg exercise, and your core works non-stop to stop you tipping. The classic mistake is letting the arm drift forward on the way down: that is where the rep ends.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
