One-Arm Kettlebell Swings

How to do it

Kettlebell on the floor a step in front, feet slightly wider than your hips. Hips well back, flat back, and grip it with one hand. Swing it back **between your legs**, above knee height, and reverse by snapping the hips open so it floats up to chest height; let it fall and chain. **This is not an arm movement: the bell floats, the hips drive.** Your free arm mirrors the rhythm. The classic mistake is doing it like a squat with a front raise: if the knees bend a lot, there is no hinge.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
