One-Arm Kettlebell Snatch
Shoulders · Kettlebell
How to do it
Kettlebell between your feet. Bend your knees, hips back and eyes forward. Swing it back between your legs and reverse by snapping the hips open; let it travel up close to your body and, just before the top, **punch your hand through the handle, rotating the wrist** to catch it with a locked elbow. Lower it letting the handle rotate back and chain into the next swing. The classic mistake is pulling with the arm from the bottom: the hips send it up, the arm only steers.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
