Lunge Pass Through
Legs · Kettlebell
How to do it
Stand tall with a kettlebell in one hand. Step forward with the opposite leg and drop into a lunge until the back knee nearly touches the floor; at the bottom, **pass the bell under your front thigh** to the other hand. Stand, take the next step and repeat the swap. Passing underneath makes the core resist rotation in the least stable part of the lunge. The classic mistake is leaning forward to pass the weight: the torso stays tall and only the arms drop.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
