Low Pulley Row To Neck

How to do it

Sit at the low cable row with a rope, gripping it overhand, back tall and knees slightly bent. Pull **towards your neck** with the elbows high and well flared, separating your hands at the end so the rope finishes beside your face; squeeze for a second and return under control. It is a face pull done from below: the low angle brings in a little more mid trap. The classic mistake is letting the elbows drop below your hands: the moment that happens it is a row and the rear delt stops working.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
