Leg Pull-In

How to do it

Lie on a mat with your legs straight and your hands palms down at your sides or under your glutes. Lift your feet a few centimetres and from there **draw your knees to your chest**, holding for a second; extend slowly without letting your heels touch down. Keeping your feet off the floor for the whole set is what stops the lower abs resting. The classic mistake is touching down between reps: the set ends when your heels land, not before.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
