Leg-Over Floor Press

How to do it

Lie on the floor with a kettlebell resting on your chest, held by the handle. Cross the working-side leg over the other and spread your free arm on the floor so you do not roll. Press to a locked elbow and lower until the elbow touches the floor, keeping the kettlebell above it the whole time. Crossing the leg locks the hip and forces the chest to press rather than the whole torso. The classic mistake is letting the wrist bend back under the handle: knuckles to the ceiling, wrist straight.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
