Landmine 180's

How to do it

Bar wedged into a landmine or a corner, loaded at the free end. Lift that end with both hands to shoulder height in front of you, arms nearly straight. **Sweep it in an arc from side to side**, turning your hips and pivoting your feet, until it reaches the opposite hip. The rotation comes from the hips, not the spine. The classic mistake is keeping your feet planted and turning only your back, which is how you load the lower back in rotation.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
