Kettlebell Seesaw Press

How to do it

Clean both kettlebells to your shoulders. Press one to a locked elbow and, **as it comes down, start the other one up**: the arms cross halfway, like a seesaw. There is no pause between reps, so the waiting shoulder is always holding weight in the rack position. Do the same number on each side. You feel the delts and the core, which works non-stop against tipping. The classic mistake is pausing at the top between reps: the continuous rhythm is the exercise.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
