Kettlebell Pass Between The Legs

How to do it

Kettlebell between your legs, comfortable stance. Hinge with a flat back and **pass it from hand to hand behind your legs**, then round the front to the other side, in a circle. Your torso stays firm and still while the weight travels: the abs work so the body does not follow the bell. You feel the core and your grip. The classic mistake is watching the bell and turning your neck with it: eyes forward, torso still.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
