Inverted Row with Straps

How to do it

Hang straps or a rope from a solid anchor, take the ends and lie face up with your body straight and your heels on the floor, arms extended. Pull your chest to your hands, elbows going back and shoulder blades squeezing; lower under control to a full stretch. **The more horizontal you are, the heavier it gets**: walk your feet in or out to set the difficulty. With straps each side works independently and the grip rotates freely. The classic mistake is letting the hips sag: the body is one plank from heels to head.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
