Front Squats With Two Kettlebells
Legs · Kettlebell
How to do it
Clean both kettlebells to your shoulders and let them rest on your forearms, elbows tight to your body and wrists straight. Squat with an upright torso past parallel and stand by pushing the floor away. The bells hang in front and act as a counterweight, so you get lower more easily than with a bar and your upper back does less. The classic mistake is letting your elbows drop on the way up: once they fall, the bells swing forward and pull you with them.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
