Exercise Ball Pull-In

How to do it
Get into a push-up position with your hands at shoulder width and **your shins on an exercise ball**, body straight. Draw your knees towards your chest rolling the ball in, hold a second and extend slowly back into line. The ball moves in every direction, so on top of flexing you have to stop it drifting sideways. The classic mistake is letting your hips ride high on the tuck: you tuck flat, not into a pike.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
