Exercise Ball Crunch

How to do it
Lie back over an exercise ball with your lower back on its curve and your feet planted. Hands beside your head or crossed on your chest. Curl up and lower **letting your back extend over the ball**, below horizontal. That extra range is what a floor crunch cannot give you, and it is where the abs actually stretch. The classic mistake is placing your feet too close, which makes the ball roll on every rep.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
