Double Kettlebell Jerk

How to do it

Clean both kettlebells to your shoulders and let them rest on your forearms, elbows close to your body. Dip slightly with the knees and **reverse fast**: leg power sends the kettlebells up and you drop under, locking out the elbows. Recover by standing up. The hips lift the weight, not the shoulders, so you move far more than in a press. The classic mistake is dipping slowly: if it is not a quick rebound, there is no drive to use.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
