How to do it
This is an oversized dumbbell with a very thick handle. Set it between your feet and grip the handle with both hands. Clean it by extending hips and knees to bring it to your shoulder, settle it onto your forearm and shoulder, and from there press it overhead with one arm, dipping with the legs if you need to. The thick handle makes **grip the first limit**. The classic mistake is going for the press without settling the bell on your shoulder: if it is not seated, there is no press.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
