Body-Up
Triceps · Bodyweight
How to do it
Get into a forearm plank, body straight. From there, **push the floor with your hands to rise onto them**, one arm at a time, and lower back onto your forearms in the same order. Body straight throughout. The triceps do the pressing and the abs stop your hips turning when you are on one arm. The classic mistake is opening the hips on the switch: widen your feet slightly and keep your shoulders facing the floor.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
