Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row With Palms In

You hold two: the weight you log is ONE dumbbell's, and volume counts both.

How to do it

Same as the bent-over dumbbell row, but with your **palms facing each other** the whole way. Hips back, torso nearly parallel to the floor and back flat. That neutral grip tucks the elbows closer and aims the pull at your hip rather than your ribs, so you get more lower lat and less trap. Squeeze for a second at the top and stretch fully at the bottom. The classic mistake is rotating the palms in at the end to reach further; if they rotate, you are back to the normal row.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
