Bear Crawl Sled Drags

How to do it
Put on a harness or a loose belt with the chain attached behind you so you face away from the sled. Drop onto your hands with your knees bent and just off the floor, and crawl forward moving opposite hand and foot together. The load pulls backwards the whole time, so your core works as hard as your legs. **Light weight, short trips.** The classic mistake is letting your hips rise: once they go up it stops being a bear crawl.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
