Band Good Morning (Pull Through)
Legs · Band
How to do it
Loop the band around a low post and stand a couple of paces away with your back to it, the other end behind your neck and your hands helping hold it. Push your hips back with a flat back until you feel the stretch and return by driving the hips forward. Because the band pulls **horizontally** instead of down, the work lands on the glutes and the lower back gets a rest. The classic mistake is not stepping far enough from the post and losing tension at the top, which is exactly where it should bite.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
