Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl
Biceps · Dumbbell · one side at a time
How to do it
Same as the dumbbell curl but alternating arms. Doing one at a time lets the other rest slightly so you can hold more weight, but it takes twice as long and it is easier to rock your body. Useful when you want to focus on one side and fix differences.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
