Standing Biceps Cable Curl

How to do it

Low pulley with a bar or handle, standing a step from the tower. Elbows tucked, full curl. The cable keeps **tension at the bottom too**, where a barbell loses almost all of it: which is why the same rep count on a cable is harder. You feel the biceps top to bottom. Body still, no leaning back.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
