Bench Dips

How to do it

Hands on the edge of a bench at shoulder width, legs out in front, hips close to the bench. Lower by bending the elbows back and press up. The further your feet, the harder it is. You feel the triceps. Mind the shoulder: this position rotates it inwards, so if it bothers you, use extensions instead.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
