Standing One-Arm Cable Curl

How to do it

Low pulley, standing with your back to the tower and a step forward, cable running behind you and the arm hanging **behind your torso line**. Curl from there. It combines the two best things: a stretched biceps as in the incline curl and the constant tension of a cable, even in the stretched part. It is probably the best curl there is. You feel a clear pull at the bottom. Shoulder still: only the elbow moves.
