Palms-Up Barbell Wrist Curl Over A Bench

How to do it

Seated with your forearms on your thighs or a bench and your wrists past the edge, palms up. Let the bar roll down opening your fingers, then curl it up closing the hand and flexing the wrist. The range is short, so use high reps and chase the burn. You feel the inside of the forearm.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
