Sled Push

How to do it

Short fast steps, torso leaning in, arms solid. Drive with your legs, not your back, and keep the feet moving. With no eccentric phase, it is hard cardio that leaves **almost no soreness and barely interferes** with tomorrow's leg session: which is why strength athletes use it so much.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
