Single Leg Glute Bridge
Glutes · Bodyweight · one side at a time
How to do it
Hip thrust with one foot planted and the other raised or tucked. Drive your hips up keeping **the pelvis level**: if one side drops, stop and reduce the load or move to the toes-down version. Hold a second at the top. You feel the glute of the working leg, and also the gluteus medius fighting to keep you square.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
