Decline Push-Up

How to do it

Feet up on a bench, hands on the floor slightly wider than your shoulders. The higher the feet, the more weight you carry and the more the work shifts to upper chest and shoulder. Hold the line from head to heels and lower until your chest brushes the floor. You feel it high on the chest. The classic mistake is piking the hips up so you do not have to go as deep.

Also works: Shoulders, Triceps
