Pushups

How to do it

Hands slightly wider than your shoulders and under your chest line, not your shoulders. Body like a plank: glutes squeezed, ribs down, long neck. Lower until your chest brushes the floor with elbows around 45 degrees and push the floor away from you. You should feel chest and triceps, not your lower back. The classic mistake is the hips dropping before the chest: if that happens, brace harder or raise your hands.
