Leverage Incline Chest Press

How to do it
Set the seat so the handles line up with your upper chest. Back on the pad, blades down. Press up and forward along the machine's path and return slowly into the stretch. This is the ideal way to pile up upper-chest sets at the end of a session: it barely asks anything of the stabilisers, so it tires the muscle and not the whole system. You feel it right under the collarbone.
Variants
The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
