Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise

How to do it

On your back with your hands under your glutes to protect your lower back. Raise straight legs to vertical and lower **without your lower back leaving** the floor: stop wherever that happens, even if it is halfway. You feel the lower abs. If you feel a pull in your lower back, bend the knees slightly.

Variants

The drawing shows one way of doing it, and the technique above describes that one. Almost every exercise has variants — standing or seated, the grip, the bench angle — and is still the same exercise: if you do it another way, write it in the exercise note and you will have it every time you train it.
