Close-Grip Front Lat Pulldown

How to do it

Close neutral grip (V handle) and a slight lean back, no more than 15 degrees. Pull the handle to your sternum driving the elbows close to your body and back. The close grip gives more elbow travel and therefore more lat range. You feel the lower lat. The classic mistake is pulling with the biceps: think about driving the elbows into your back pockets.
