Inverted Row

How to do it

Bar at hip height, body hanging underneath in a straight line from the heels. Pull until your chest touches the bar, squeezing the blades, and lower under control. The more horizontal your body, the harder it is; with feet raised it is close to a bodyweight row. You feel mid back and lower traps. Keep the hips up: let them sag and it becomes a different exercise.
